The Transitions dance project focuses on engaging young people at Robert
Smyth and its feeder schools - Welland Park Community College and Kibworth
High School - to participate in dance.

Dancers are needed to lead new youth dance groups during term time. Dancers
must have experience and will be expected to lead an hourly session each
week. The dancers are primarily needed in Kibworth. Individuals need to have
up to date CRB clearance.

Applicants should be confident, enthusiastic, motivated and committed, aged
18+, excited about dance (experience necessary!), available for weekly
sessions and committed to running a weekly after school dance club with
young people. The groups will start Thursdays in September 2008. Dance
leaders will be paid £25 per hourly session on a freelance basis.
